New Beginnings For Our Team

In a blink of an eye the first month of the new year is coming to a close. Naturally, the beginning and the end of anything usually causes one to reflect on the change that is about to happen, or has already happened.

Here at a+h, we're reflecting on the upcoming transition of ownership. For the last 29 years Watson Courtney has stood at the helm of this marketing firm. Originally named, Impact Communications, he was one of the three original founders. Watson's passion for storytelling, creativity and leadership steered a+h marketing down a successful path for nearly three decades. Now, he's handing the reigns to Lauren and David as he enters semi-retirement, or what he's calling the second half of his storytelling days.

This transition began about two years ago, and it's hard to believe we've arrived at the end of its path. Watson's mentorship has provided Lauren and David with invaluable knowledge and confidence to carry a+h down a new and promising path. Obviously, some things will change, but what won't change is our unwavering love for what we do and our commitment to our clients and community.

Don't worry, Watson isn't moving to a tropical island just yet. While he will no longer be working with us on a full-time basis, we look forward to collaborating with him on future projects. His experience and strategic vision are invaluable assets that we hope to utilize for years to come. Yes, this is the end of an era, but it's also the start of something new and exciting, and we're thrilled to have you with us on this new journey!
